Bringing several generations together can make for an incredible vacation, but grandparents, parents, teens, and younger children don’t always want the same things. I help find destinations, cruises, accommodations, and experiences that give everyone something to enjoy while still creating plenty of time to spend together.
Cruises work especially well for groups because everyone can travel together without having to spend every minute together. I can help with cruise and ship selection, multiple cabins, cabin categories, dining arrangements, pre- and post-cruise stays, transfers, excursions, and the other details that keep the group organized.

Europe becomes more complicated when you’re coordinating transportation, hotels, tours, and activities for multiple travelers. I can plan custom group trips through Europe, including multi-city itineraries, accommodations, transportation, tours, and experiences, while making sure the itinerary is realistic for the group.

We’ll start with your group—who’s traveling, approximately how many people you expect, where you’re thinking about going, your timing, budget, and what you want the trip to be like. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.
Step 2:
Custom Cruise Planning
I’ll help determine the best options for your group and coordinate the pieces of the trip, from accommodations or cruise cabins to transportation, activities, and other arrangements. I’ll also explain how reservations, payments, deadlines, and communication will work so you know what to expect.
Step 3:
Travel with Confidence
As the trip comes together, I’ll help keep the details organized and make sure your travelers have the information they need. Instead of being the person responsible for managing everyone else’s vacation, you get to be part of the group and enjoy the trip too.
Want to Join One of My Group Trips?
You don’t have to organize your own group to travel with one. I also offer hosted and organized group trips that individual travelers, couples, friends, and families can join.
These trips are already planned around a specific destination or experience, so much of the work of figuring out where to go and how to put the trip together has already been done for you. Depending on the trip, that might include an ocean or river cruise, a European itinerary, a small-group tour, or a special-interest travel experience.
It’s a great option if you like the idea of traveling with other people while still having the freedom to enjoy the trip your own way. You can join the group activities you’re interested in without feeling like you have to spend every moment with the group.
